Reviews and Ratings
My experience at this resort was quite the mixed bag. While I appreciated some aspects like the beautiful surroundings and potential of the property, several serious issues with cleanliness and service significantly affected my stay. The accommodations felt neglected, which was disappointing in such a promising location.
My stay at this resort was quite disappointing overall. While the surroundings are beautiful and the potential is there, the reality didn't match expectations. The lack of cleanliness in the accommodation and closed facilities really took away from the experience. The staff was kind, which was a silver lining, but it wasn't enough to make me want to return.
My stay at this resort was incredibly disappointing due to the poor upkeep and lack of services. While the natural surroundings are beautiful, the state of the facilities and the management's inability to address issues severely affected our experience. I can't recommend staying here as the cons far outweighed any positives.
My stay at this resort was incredibly disappointing. The location was decent for accessing nearby attractions, but the overall experience felt frustrating due to a variety of issues with the accommodations and service. While there were some positive moments, they were overshadowed by maintenance problems and a lack of attention to detail that left me feeling unsatisfied with my decision to stay here.
My stay at the Nantahala Village was quite mixed. While some staff members were exceptionally helpful, particularly Deb and Sarah, I encountered significant issues with the cleanliness and upkeep of the cabin. The location was convenient for exploring the area, but the facilities fell short of expectations, particularly the dining experience which left much to be desired. Overall, it had its moments but could use considerable improvement.
